Client Assistance

The revenue generated by the Thrift Store and Catholic Retail Shop cover the operating costs of GTA SVdP.  The financial donations and surplus income allows us to offer $105,000+ in aid to over 1500 neighbors in need, each year.

GTA SVdP works with agencies such as the Father Fred Foundation, Salvation Army, DHHS and others, to collectively resolve a crisis.  Financial aid is given in the form of third-party bill payments for rent, utilities, transportation, etc., which align with our mission to:
  • Promote employment
  • Prevent homelessness
  • Provide Warmth

Funds are also used to purchase thermal underwear and weatherproof outerwear for our homeless neighbors.
